Booking terms

Quote requests

Submitting the website form requests a quotation. It does not by itself confirm a booking. Availability, journey details, price and applicable terms must be confirmed.

Accurate journey details

Customers should check dates, 24-hour times, addresses, passenger numbers, luggage and flight details carefully. Changes may affect vehicle suitability, availability and price.

Cancellations and exceptional circumstances

The applicable cancellation position will be shown with the confirmed booking. Book That Minibus may approve a discretionary refund in exceptional circumstances such as serious illness, hospitalisation or bereavement.
