Operator approval
Operators must be approved before receiving Book That Minibus journey opportunities.
Required records
The planned operator system will record relevant operator licences, driver licences, insurance, MOT and DBS documentation together with expiry dates.
Expired essential documents
An operator, driver or vehicle with an expired essential document will not be treated as available for new work until compliance is restored.
